Poultney is a town in Rutland county in the Southwestern part of Vermont with a population of approximately 3,000 people. Poultney shares beautiful Lake St. Catherine with the town of Wells and used to be the home of Green Mountain College until it’s closure in 2019. The Poultney Historic District is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. This includes our office building which was once the general store.
