The owner of NorthLand Real Estate began his career in the early 1990s in the Real Estate Industry. He established NorthLand Real Estate in 1997 and his decades of experience in Vermont’s real estate industry has proven to be an asset for the company. His background in soil science and agriculture, along with development and land planning projects enabled him to gain valuable insights into Vermont’s land use laws. Due to the strong relationships Alan cultivates with his clients and a wide network of specialists, including mortgage agents, lawyers, inspectors, and tradesmen he can bring people together throughout the process of buying or selling a home. In addition to being passionate about the environment and conservation, Alan holds a Vermont Wastewater Design License.

Suanne (Suzy) Ohl - Realtor

Suanne (Suzy) was born and raised locally and started investing in Real Estate in the 1980s. She began her career as a licensed agent in New Jersey in 2010 to help others invest in real estate as well. In 2018 Suanne was able to combine her love for Real Estate and her love for Vermont with a move back home. Suanne has a strong ability to understand people and provides excellent customer service. Eric joined NorthLand Real Estate in 2020 bringing his experience in corporate management. In a short time, he achieved some of the highest sales in the district. Eric, an eighth-generation resident of Vermont, was born and raised in East Poultney. Eric has excellent communication skills, actively listens, and works effectively with clients and other professionals to solve real estate problems. Clients often praise Eric for his dedication, enthusiasm, loyalty, integrity, and outstanding service in his efforts to always meet the needs of his clients. His hobbies include gardening, fly fishing, dog training, and coaching football. In addition, Eric served in the Vermont National Guard for six years and became a Green Mountain Boy.
